Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish. Cover, and microwave on high for five minutes.

Preheat grill to 400 °F. Toss potatoes in a large bowl with oil, salt, pepper, and any of your favorite seasonings. Skewer potatoes on pre-soaked wooden or metal skewers, place in a grill-safe pan, or fold in a foil pack, and grill until tender.
Set Air Fryer to 370 °F. Toss potatoes in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. In a hurry? Slice the potatoes lengthwise and they’ll be ready in 15 minutes. Just make sure you shake the basket halfway through!
